There are things we don't roll in the studio with community balls. There are parts of our body that we want to use our own therapy balls and tools for and so if you only attend my public classes you might be missing out these two roll outs.
Face & Pelvic Floor
For the therapy ball Face Massage you will need your original sized therapy balls. For Pelvic Floor you will need your squishy Coregeous ball. This is a subtle and gentle pelvic floor massage - perfect for an every day or introductory class.
I recommend Tune Up Fitness brand therapy balls.
As with any exercise, listen to your doctor and your body and do not do anything that causes you pain or feels unsafe. You are the boss of your body, trust yourself first.
