Movement doesn't need to be vigorous or flashy. No need to push or perform. In fact, for many, your body may be begging you to do, well, less. ​
In a world that asks you to do more, move faster, and stay in your head, embodied movement offers something different: a chance to slow down, to notice what’s here, and to let your body lead.
This work isn’t about getting it right.
It’s about getting curious.

A weekly space to slow down and rest - together.
This class is rooted in gentle, supported, somatic movement, with an emphasis on doing less, not more. Using props and the support of community, we practice unwinding patterns of tension and allowing the nervous system to settle.
Inspired by Judith Lasater's words:
“I know you can do more… but can you do less?”
This is a space to:

Somatic Self-Care (Virtual, Monthly)

A monthly gathering to reconnect with your body—wherever you are.
Each session centers around a theme and includes guided somatic practices to support regulation, awareness, and self-connection. Some practices include gentle movement, while others invite stillness, sensing, and internal listening.
All practices are accessible and adaptable, and a replay is available if you can’t attend live.
