Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Scheduling and Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations and Late Changes If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for your session, your card may be charged the full session fee (or the session may be counted as used if part of a package). Exceptions are considered for emergencies or illness. Packages and Expiration Session packages are non-refundable and must be used within six months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Liability and Responsibility By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own well-being. These sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
