This course blends yoga-inspired movement, targeted mobility exercises, and myofascial release (a.k.a. self-massage) to help you: Loosen tight hips, shoulders, and hamstrings Move with more agility, balance, and ease Reduce pain and soreness before it starts Stay strong and mobile as you play These sessions are short, effective, and ideal before or after practice—or on recovery days.
