Join The Breakfast Club and begin your day with mindful movement, strength, and friendly faces. We'll meet live via zoom Tue/Wed/Thu at 8 am ET for a yoga class followed by a bonus class. Each class will be recorded and you will be sent the replay same day. In our yoga classes we are going to explore movements - strengthening, stretching, & therapeutic - that will allow us to enjoy our lives of choice with ease. Here's what you'll get: 3 half hour live movement classes each week - Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 8am. Replays will be emailed to you same day. 3 15 minute bonus classes immediately following each yoga class. Tabata Strength is back in full force as well as our self care and self massage roll out classes.
